When you complete this worksheet, you will be armed with a map of your course content and structure so that you're ready to dive into the course build.
Course development and design
Typically, when instructors are tasked with creating a new course, they act as course developers: they create the curriculum and source the content that students will learn.
Instructors are subject matter experts, but they may not have a background in learning theory and instructional technology. This is where instructional design comes in!
Step 2: Build course in Canvas. With your completed Course Development Worksheet, you are ready to dive into the course build.
